The Vincent Box is our new shopping experience that brings the retail therapy to you. Sometimes it's hard to decide or commit to something you just haven't seen or touched. We are all guilty of buying something with confidence in a shop but when we take it home for some reason it simply doesn’t work.
The beauty of The Vincent Box is that it allows you to see what you have in your closet and try things on from the comfort of your own homes. Keep what you love and return the items that just don’t work for you.
HOW IT WORKS
With your authorization, we will pre-charge your credit card in the amount of $250. This deposit will stay on your account and will be put towards your purchase for the items you decide to keep. What doesn’t work for you can be returned so long as the tags are still on and the garments are in perfect condition.
A box of hand picked clothes for you will be delivered at your doorstep. The $250 initial deposit would be put towards the items you choose to keep and should your purchase exceed $250, your card would be charged the balance.
For any items that would need to be returned, we would arrange a date and time for The Vincent Box to be picked up or we would send you an email with a return label from Canada Post.
We will work within your budget, size, needs and personal style. This is a great opportunity to introduce new fabulous pieces to your already lovely closet.
What happens if nothing works out?
We will keep the $250 on your account for a future purchase. We are putting a lot of time and effort into what we are sending you and want you to be happy with what you take home.
What if my purchase is less than $250?
The remaining balance would be held on your account for a future purchase.
What if my dog ate the clothing by accident?
If a garment comes back damaged and in unsalable condition we will be charging your card on file with a 25% restocking fee.
How long do I have to try on the clothes before I send them back?
There is a 5 day return policy for local clients. Customers outside of the Ottawa area have 7 days to return any item they will not keep. No exceptions. There will be a holding fee of $25 per day for items that are late.
I need more time to decide. Why do I only have 5 days?
We are a small boutique with limited size runs for each product. Likely, we are sending you the only size we have in that style. The longer it is away, the less chances it may have to find its perfect home.
What if I don't know my size?
This is the beauty of this service. We are able to send you the two sizes (should both sizes be in stock) you are deciding between for you to choose the best fit. Also, we have the ins and outs of how things fix so we are here to guide you through this process.
How do I send back the clothes I am not taking?
Simply send us an email and we will send you the shipping label. If you are local, we may simply pop by to pick it up curbside.
Is this a subscription box?
No, this is a service is to be used when it benefits you.
I see something I like that is below $250 but I'm unsure about it. What do I do?
Book an online virtual appointment and we will be happy to go over the fit and style with you before you purchase!
