Orders placed before 4 PM on a business day are processed the same day — otherwise, they'll go out the next business day. Please note we don't ship on weekends. Once your order is on its way, Canada Post will take it from there!

We offer free shipping on orders over $250 anywhere in Canada — our treat! For orders under $250, shipping rates are:

• Ontario: $15 flat rate
• Rest of Canada: $20 flat rate

A deposit holds your item, and once the balance is paid in full, it's yours! Please note that if the balance isn't completed within the agreed timeframe, the deposit may be forfeited.

No worries! As long as the item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and has its tags attached, you can exchange it or receive store credit within 14 days of receiving your order (10 days for in-store purchases).
