Retail Associate / Key Holder – Boutique Style Expert

About Vincent
Vincent is a high-end women’s clothing boutique in the heart of Little Italy, Ottawa. Founded by two sisters in 2013, we’ve built a space where personal style, quality craftsmanship, and genuine customer connections come first.
As a valued part of our close-knit team, you’ll work alongside the owners to help bring our in-store and online experiences to life. We’re looking for someone who loves fashion, thrives in a small business setting, and brings creativity and care to everything they do.
What You’ll Do
- Open and close the store as a trusted key holder
- Offer personalized styling advice and top-tier customer service
- Learn our products + brands inside and out
- Handle inventory: restocking, organizing, receiving shipments
- Troubleshoot customer questions and concerns quickly and professionally
- Keep the online store up to date (no coding—Shopify experience a plus)
- Contribute ideas and feedback—we’re a collaborative team!
What We’re Looking For
- 1–2 years of retail or customer service experience (fashion preferred)
- Confident, reliable, and solution-oriented
- Attention to detail and a strong sense of style
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a small team
- Bonus: experience in Shopify, Joor, NuOrder, Excel & Canva
