Type: Part-Time, 8-12 hours/week
About Vincent
Vincent is a high-end women’s clothing boutique in the heart of Little Italy, Ottawa. Created by two sisters in 2013 who have been in the retail industry for over 18 years. Collectively they have established a selection fit for women who appreciate quality, want to find something different and do so with exceptional customer service in a comfortable and inspiring environment.
As a part-time sales associate, you will be working alongside the owners in all aspects of sales and upkeep.
As part of the Vincent team, you’ll drive performance, build relationships and always be on the lookout for new ways to innovate as well as be a part of many different facets of the business.

Responsibilities
- Key Holder
- Become an expert on Vincent products + brands
- Troubleshoot customer questions, issues, and complaints quickly and efficiently
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Inventory control and maintenance
- Website Maintenance
- Go above and beyond to help the team in various tasks, as needed
