At Vincent we promise to have your items shipped out within three business days from the date of purchase via Canada Post. We do not ship on weekends and offer free 3-day ground shipping on orders over $150. Orders under $150 will be charged a flat rate (tax included) $15 in Canada and $30 in the United States.
All purchased product within Canada and United States are shipped using traceable methods. Once the product is shipped, the tracking number, along with all shipping information will be sent to the customer via email. Once this information has been provided to the customer, the customer assumes all responsibility for lost or damaged packages/product. Vincent will not be held responsible for international duties on any packages leaving Canada. Vincent has no control over international duties, and the purchaser will be held responsible for any charges imposed.
If for any reason the product you selected is not be available, we will contact you within 2 business days to notify you of this predicament.We will also contact you if we can only fulfill a portion of your order prior to shipping the available items.
We want you to be happy and totally in love with your new purchase from Vincent. With your online order, if you are not completely satisfied with your item(s) we will happily exchange or issue a store credit for any unused, unworn, unwashed with tags still attached up to 14 days after the product was mailed to you. Items that do not meet this standard are non-refundable and will be denied. The exchange or store credit will be issued once the items have been received and checked at the store. Items that are outside of the 14 day window will not be accepted. All in-store purchases are 10 days for an exchange or credit note.
All sale items are final sale. No exceptions.
Items excluded from the return policy in-store and online are lingerie; swimwear and sale items are non-exchangable. This also includes shipping fees. A return authorization (RA) number will be issued and must be clearly included on the outside of the returned package. In order to receive a refund, merchandise must be received at Vincent no later than 10 days after the RA was issued. Items will not be accepted without an #RA provided by Vincent.
